• Downloading or installing the Quest2Do application
• Creating an account or logging into the app
• Using any features or services of the app
• Purchasing paid subscriptions or in-app items

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the authority to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited by law from using our Service
• Own a compatible iOS or macOS device

What is Quest

Quest is a task management application based on the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology, providing the following core features:

• Task capture, clarification, organization, review, and execution
• AI-powered intelligent task recommendations
• Project management and context organization
• Cross-device data synchronization
• Deep work mode and time management

Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability, but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uninterrupted service operation
• All features working properly on all devices
• Availability of third-party services (such as iCloud)
• Continued provision of future features

👤 User Accounts and Data

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your Apple ID and device security
• All activities conducted through your account
• Promptly reporting any security breaches or unauthorized use
• Ensuring accuracy and timely updates of account information

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content entered into Quest, including:

• Tasks, projects, tags, and notes
• Settings and preferences
• Any other content you create

Data Usage License

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and synchronize your data
• Provide AI recommendations and analytics features
• Back up and restore your data
• Improve our Service (using anonymized data only)

💳 Subscription and Payment

Subscription Services

Quest offers the following subscription options:

Payment Terms

• Billing: All payments are processed through Apple App Store
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices but will notify existing users in advance
• Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings or Mac App Store
• After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle
• Refund policy follows Apple App Store standard terms
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage periods

✋ Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use Quest for:

• Personal task and project management
• Team and work-related project management
• Academic research and learning purposes
• Any lawful productivity enhancement activities

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated tools to create large amounts of fake data
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or databases
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Abuse customer support services

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content entered into the application, including ensuring that:

• Content does not infringe upon third-party rights
• Content does not contain illegal or harmful information
• Content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Content does not include personal sensitive information (such as passwords, credit card numbers)

Our Rights

Quest and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws, including:

• Application code and algorithms
• User interface design and graphics

• Documentation and help materials
• AI models and recommendation algorithms

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the application on your devices
• Use corresponding features according to your subscription level
• Back up application data for personal use purposes

Third-Party Content

The application may contain third-party components that are subject to their respective license terms:

• Open source software libraries
• Apple frameworks and APIs
• Fonts and icons

Damages Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the dispute.

You May Terminate the Service

You may stop using our Service at any time by:

• Canceling any paid subscriptions
• Deleting the app from your devices
• Deleting all your data
• Contacting us to delete your account

We May Terminate the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended inactivity (free accounts)
• Technical or security reasons

Consequences of Termination

After service termination:

• You will lose access to paid features
• Data may be deleted (according to our data retention policy)
• Unused subscription fees are generally non-refundable

📝 Changes to Terms

3. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, submit to arbitration
4. Litigation: Court litigation as the last resort

Jurisdiction

For disputes that must be resolved through litigation, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China.

📜 Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding Quest.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue to be valid.

Waiver

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

• You may not assign your rights or obligations
• We may assign our rights with notice to you

Language

These Terms are written in English. If there are other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
